Information collected
When you submit an admission enquiry, general enquiry or support request, the site may collect your name, contact information and the details you choose to provide. The admission form additionally asks for family names, date of birth and address; a photo upload is optional.
Purpose of collection
The information is stored to process and follow up on submitted requests. This application does not sell user information or send it to third-party advertising platforms.
Storage and access
Form records are stored using the database selected in the configuration. On the default SQLite setup, data and uploaded photos are placed under a web-blocked private storage directory. Restrict administrator access and maintain secure backups.
Retention and requests
The site administrator should define a documented retention schedule and a procedure to review, correct or delete records where applicable. Contact dduyss.lko@gmail.com regarding submitted information.
Before production use
